Since 2015 she has been a consultant, medical writer and Project manager for an image analysis international company focus in immuno-oncology. She contributed to several blogs, journals, books, articles and websites as content writer and editor. She is passionate for healthcare and biotechnology innovation.

Radek specialises in Health Economics and Market Access. Radek gained master’s in pharmacy from University of Warsaw and MSc in Health Economics and Decision Modelling from the University of Sheffield. Before joining Medialis, Radek worked at National Institute for Health and Care Excellence investigating the institute’s policy on children. After completing his master’s in health economics, he moved to private industry, having worked for leading consulting companies in the UK developing number of economic models, working on HTA submissions and value communication projects. His areas of expertise include but are not limited to oncology, diabetes, ophthalmology, influenza and rare diseases

Alex(ander) Hardy is a real-world evidence asset manager at Medialis Ltd, and is responsible for the planning, generation and delivery of a variety of medical assets. Prior to joining Medialis, Alex worked elsewhere within the healthcare communications industry. He has just submitted his PhD thesis on the differential roles of platelet signalling pathways to the University of Birmingham and has an undergraduate Masters in Pharmacology (MPharmacol) from the University of Bath.

Solomon has a MSc in Biostatistics, he is a statistician who has worked in fields of epidemiology of both non-communicable and infectious diseases. He has expertise in real world evidence studies in pharmaco-epidemiology with a keen interest in the design and analysis of observational studies.
